Dean’s career has been a masterclass in fashion, retail, and refined taste. A true industry insider, he began shaping the style scene from the polished floors of Harvey Nichols London, later playing a key role in launching Zara in the UK during the late ’90s, setting the stage for a new era of high-street fashion.

In the 2010s, Dean took his expertise global. He helped expand the luxury retail empire Villa Moda, and in 2011, he opened the first UGG Australia store in the UK, leading its nationwide growth. By 2016, he was behind the opening of the iconic Hunter Boots flagship on London’s Regent Street, a landmark moment in British retail.
